1. What is made-to-order and how does it work?

Every IMORA product is made to order — meaning your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. We ship your order directly to your door. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding excess inventory, keeping things sustainable and fresh.

Once you place your order, it enters production within 1–2 business days, after which it is shipped directly to you.

2. How long does shipping take?

After a production time of 1–2 business days, estimated delivery times are:

• USA, Canada & UK: 5–8 business days
• Europe: 4–8 business days
• International: 5–12 business days

Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders below that, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing issues or a change of mind. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Simply contact us at support@imora.shop within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. How do I choose the right size?

All IMORA products are unisex and available in sizes XS through XL. We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit. Since items are made to order, we cannot process size-related returns.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery to international destinations typically takes 5–12 business days after production. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

6. What materials are the products made from?

Our products are printed on high-quality blanks. Materials vary by product but typically include premium cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. Specific material details are listed on each individual product page.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
